Classified Wheels is a wheel and tire business in Fresno, California. This page explains what we do with the information you send us on classifiedwheels.com, through our quote forms and our website chat.

What we collect

• Quote and build forms: your name, phone or email, vehicle, what you're looking for, your message, and any photo you attach.
• Website chat: the messages you send and the replies, plus anything you choose to share in them (like your name, phone number and vehicle).
• Call and Text taps: which tire or page you tapped from. This does not include your phone number or any personal details.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to find the right tires or wheels, send you a quote, and follow up on your order. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for ads.

The chat helper

Our website chat is answered by an automated helper powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to write the replies. Anthropic processes them on our behalf and doesn't use them to train its models. When you ask for a quote, the helper passes your request to our team, and a person replies with the price. You can always call or text (559) 505-1861 instead.

Where it's stored

Quotes and chat conversations are stored with Netlify, the company that hosts our website. Only our team can see them, through a password-protected dashboard. Quote requests are also emailed to our inbox through FormSubmit, an email delivery service. We keep them as long as we need them to serve you, and then delete them.

Deleting your data

To have your quotes or chat messages deleted, email sales@classifiedwheels.com or text (559) 505-1861 with your name and the phone number or email you used. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
